Our 2005 Cuvée 1909 Brut Rose was made to celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the Independence Schoolhouse, home to our Tasting Room. This fresh and elegant sparkling wine is reminiscent of traditional French Style Champagne. There are hints of citrus and red candy with good acidity for support. This particular Brut shows an onion peel color and has well balanced acid which leads to a long, soft and creamy finish. Our last sparkling was in 2001 and sold out shortly after release.
